OCEANFRP® CASES

In 2007, a Singapore customer purchased 450 sqm of pultruded FRP grating for an industrial walkway.

In 2015, a customer purchased 800 sqm of our 19×19/38x38x38mm mini mesh FRP grating to rebuild a broad industrial walkway, supported by our corrosion-resistant FRP I-beams.

In 2018, a customer chose our 19x19mm molded mini mesh FRP grating to rebuild a bridge, achieving a maintenance-free structure with a long service life compared to traditional wood bridges.

This floating jetty at Putrajaya, originally made of wood, was on the brink of collapse due to heavy use. Our customer, tasked with replacing the aging structure, turned to OceanFRP for a durable and corrosion-resistant solution. We provided an FRP jetty that serves as a safe and long-lasting platform for lake viewing and fish feeding.

In 2019, our customer embarked on a groundbreaking project – designing a new type of fishing ground feeding platform. They chose our rectangular FRP molded grating for the walkways, covering a total area of 1300 sqm. The vibrant green grating against the backdrop of the blue sea created a stunning visual contrast, while offering a maintenance-free and durable solution. The project’s success led to the customer securing a second platform, and we eagerly await photos of this exciting new development.

The rapidly growing photovoltaic industry demands safe and reliable maintenance solutions for solar panel installations. Due to its high strength, corrosion resistance, non-conductive properties, and maintenance-free nature, FRP molded grating has become the preferred choice for photovoltaic roof walkways. In 2018, we were proud to supply our FRP grating to a project in Thailand, contributing to the efficiency and safety of solar energy operations.
